WHAT TO EXPECT

The amazing thing about homeopathy is that it allows you to take back control of your own health, which is important, as no two people are the same. Homeopathic medicines trigger the body and its immune system to return to its natural state.

Our initial consultation can last up to an hour and a half, giving you plenty of time to discuss your situation. I will ask you various questions to ensure we have explored all the details that make your case individual to you. This enables me to select a specific prescription, which I will send to you.

​

I recommend we then meet again four to six weeks later, to give your medication a chance to work in between consultations.

 

Further consultations last up to an hour, where we catch up on your progress since our last meeting, and adjust your treatment accordingly.

 

Homeopathic remedies are only ever taken short term, allowing your body to begin healing itself gently, whilst avoiding longterm side effects. Homeopathy can be used safely on its own, or alongside conventional medicine. Some symptoms can be treated quickly and easily, while others may require more attention, depending on the nature of your symptoms.

 

While I would expect to see some improvement after your initial treatment, I recommend a minimum of 3 consultations to give you a really clear picture of your progress. We will discuss your progress as we go, so that you always know what to expect, and can work at a pace that suits you.

• Consultations last up to 60 minutes however please allow up to 90 minutes for your first consultation

• I also offer 20 minute acute consultations for £20, for new symptoms of less than about two weeks, such as coughs, colds, UTIs, chicken pox, injuries etc. Remedy is not included, but I can order it on your behalf for next day delivery, or recommend where to buy it locally. ​
